Synopsis: Leo Trotsky can neither read nor write. His education has been provided by scrap-metal dealer Jack Smith and their home is in the back of a lorry. Now they have been accused of stealing copper, but Leo has no birth certificate, and unless he is at least 10 years old, he cannot be held criminally responsible.
